Yep, there is no longer any doubt as to which
fellas are fellas.

Day 29 -

I have only seen a couple of babies left who
were nursing. But Willow would get up
right away when I came in. Since the little
boys are so "well developed", I have
decided to separate the boys and girls and Mom
is back with her sister.

Willow's sister, Dawn, is somewhat shy these days when Willow is not with her. When I separated the babies, I found out (since the boys are so obvious now) that there are 4 girls and 5 boys. So there are two hooded girls and two Dark grey rex girls. One of the dark grey rex girls is also shy. And then I saw her chest coloring. She has the exact same W at the top of the white on her belly side as her Aunt, Dawn. She is so sweet.

Right now, the boys are in their own cage and the baby girls are in their own cage and Dawn and Willow are back in Dawn's cage. I was going to try introductions of the baby girls to Dawn and Willow to see if Dawn will accept the babies. If they do, then I can up their cage size and get all the girls in one cage. Since Willow loves the wheel, I would love to have her teach her babies about it too.

And I haven't had good luck lately with my laptop which has all my photo software. It seems there is a flaw with a shut down issue and an AC/battery power issue which Toshiba is working on so I am limping through until then making sure backups are frequent.
